The water infrastructure manager states that maintenance was required on several desalination stations on the island. These operations aim to optimise system performance. Consequently, water supply is interrupted.
Residents on Lanzarote may experience water outages at taps for a specified time period. Residents should prepare a supply of drinking water. Residents should avoid wasting resources until full system functionality is restored.
